Matt Dewar, Ed.D., is an experienced educator, speaker, consultant, and author who specializes in bringing research-based mindfulness and self-care protocols to students, athletes, coaches, and educators looking to manage stress, improve performance, and increase well-being. He is currently the well-being coordinator at Lake Forest (IL) High School.

Lisa is a certified Thanatologist, trained counselor and communication expert with over 18 years of professional experience training, consulting, coaching and speaking on effective messaging and situational management for traumatic or unexpected loss, workplace bullying and sexual harassment, difficult conversations and unintended outcomes, chronic conflict and performance development within high-intensity front-line occupations and business environments. And yes, she will tell you that teaching is one of those high-stress occupations.
