Currently, hundreds of positions go unfilled every year due to a lack of candidates, especially minorities. In this episode, Dr. Jim Rosborg discusses some of the causes and effects, and then offers solutions to the crisis. Dr. Rosborg has been in Illinois education for 46 years as a teacher, principal, and superintendent. He currently holds the position of Director for Masters in Education at McKendree University in Lebanon, IL, and has been a vocal champion of public education.
